At everstox we are looking for someone for our Customer Success Team who makes customers happy & has real impact! ????✨
Each day is different, but:
You build trusted relationships with our existing customers by becoming a product expert
You take care of incoming tickets and if necessary distribute them internally
You ensure customer success by providing support to our existing customers via mail and
phone
You understand the customers’ needs and communicate feature requests within the
customer success team
You are continuously improving our help center articles and product guides based on your
customers’ questions
Qualifikation
You are special because:
You are a student of Business Administration or a similar course of study
You have gained first experience in the field of Customer Success
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in German and English (speaking &
writing skills)
You are able to react quickly, analyze, and prioritize incoming tasks and stay calm even in
difficult situations
You are solution-focused and have a technical understanding
