WHY DID YOU CHOOSE CAPCO?
Capco is both big enough to work in major projects, which are challenging and very interesting and Capco is small enough for employees to be able to make a sustainable impact in the company. Eventually, for me it was however a gut decision to work for Capco, which I do not regret

WHAT I DO AT CAPCO?
I am a Consultant based in the Frankfurt office, specialized in the Payment domain. At Capco I have been working on a post-merger-integration project doing PMO. Here I was part of a GoLive Team, managing a major migration in the depositing and derivative activity business. Currently I am working in a project concerning collateral processing. Meanwhile I am involved in Capco internal projects, where I have the chance to both be creative and learn more about the financial industry

MY BACKGROUND
Before Capco I graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Technology and Management at the Technische Universität München. Furthermore, I have been working for a medium-sized technology company in Germany and Hong Kong. Here my focus was company strategy and product- and portfolio management in the area cash-management
